 Rachel Ortiz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of healthcare experience. Since beginning her career in healthcare in 2006, she has been dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care across a variety of clinical settings.
Rachel's nursing background includes caring for patients at Banner University Medical Center in the Neurology, Medical-Surgical, and Postpartum units. As a nurse practitioner, she continues to practice in family medicine, aesthetics, and psychiatry, allowing her to stay current with the latest approaches to treating both acute and chronic conditions.
Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and comprehensive patient care, Rachel has advanced training in aesthetic medicine, including Botox®, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hormone optimization, sexual wellness, and weight management. In April 2026, she earned her board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), expanding her ability to provide compassionate mental healthcare. Rachel is deeply committed to promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and helping patients improve their emotional well-being alongside their physical health.
Rachel's lifelong goal has been to establish a practice where patients receive personalized, compassionate care that supports their overall health, confidence, and quality of life. She believes in treating the whole person—mind and body—and is dedicated to empowering her patients to achieve lasting wellness and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
